MetaTours
FOR HOTELS

Let guests pick their room before they book.

Virtual tours for boutique hotels, B&Bs, and short-stay places around BC. We shoot every room type and the public spaces. You get a link to put on your booking page, your Google profile, or your OTA listing.

WHY A TOUR HELPS

Built for hotels & hospitality.

Most hotel guests pick a room from a single hero photo and a paragraph of copy. They don't know if the king is bigger than the queen, what the bathroom looks like, or whether the deluxe suite is worth the extra eighty dollars. The ones who can't get those answers either pick something safer or pick somewhere else.

A virtual tour answers them quietly, in 60 seconds, on the guest's phone. We shoot every room category, the lobby, the restaurant, and any amenity worth mentioning. The tour links per room type. You can set up your booking page so a "Deluxe King" link opens the tour right at that room.

For independent hotels, this is one of the few things that levels the playing field with the chains on Booking.com without dropping your rates.

USE CASES

What we usually shoot.

1

Every room category.

Standard, deluxe, suite, accessible. Each one has its own photos and a direct link.

2

Embed on your booking page.

Drops into your direct-booking site, your About page, and your Google profile.

3

Show the amenities.

Lobby, restaurant, pool, gym, rooftop. Often what actually closes the booking.

4

Cut down on size complaints.

Guests who saw the room before booking complain less about it being smaller than expected.

A COMMON STARTING POINT

Premium

Most hotels go with Premium. The custom branded interface matches your hotel, and there's enough room in the package to cover every room category and amenity area.

QUESTIONS

The ones we get most.

Do you cover all room categories?

Yes. We shoot one representative photo per room type (standard, deluxe, suite, accessible) plus the lobby and public spaces. Total count depends on how many categories you have.

Can guests link straight to a specific room?

Yes. Every room has its own URL. Your booking page can be set up so a "Deluxe King" link opens the tour right at that room.

Will it work on Booking.com or Expedia?

Most OTAs have a "virtual tour URL" field on the property dashboard. We give you a single link to drop in. If your OTA needs an unbranded version, we can build that too.

Do you need the hotel closed for the shoot?

No. We work around your guests. Early morning for rooms before checkout, evening for public spaces. A typical boutique hotel takes a half-day to a full day depending on size.
